The cost of the works performed by CAB ECOHYNTOX in the course of conformity assessment and certification is estimated on the basis of time standards within the limit labour intensity standards established in accordance with the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 514 dated 12 July 2017 “Rules for estimating the value of works for the assessment of conformity with the requirements of technical regulations performed by the designated conformity assessment bodies and recognized independent organizations”, and on the basis of labour intensity standards established in accordance with IAF MD 5:2015 “Figure QMS 1 – Relationship between complexity and audit duration” (except for DSTU 13485) and IAF MD 9:2015 “IAF Mandatory Document for the Application of ISO/IEC 17021 in Medical Device Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485)” (only DSTU 13485).
The cost of certification of food safety management systems (FSMS) is established in accordance with ISO/TS 22003.
The list of works to be performed in the course of conformity assessment and certification is determined in accordance with the selected scheme.
